And then we apply microwave to extract the composition with orthogonal experiment. After that, according to the ratio of flavone, polysaccharides and content in composition, we get the best technology with enduing quotient to these ratios: pH 11.0, the ratio of composition and solution is 1: 15, extracting time 10 min, microwave power is 500 tiles. According to the best technology, we get the compositions which are including flavone 0.52%, polysaccharides8.59% and coordinate factor 10%.With douching experiment rats to get animal alcohol liver disease for verifying the function, and the model constructed is success. This model is more preponderant than Tsukamoto-French model or other models such as experiment period, economies, and research requirement, and so on. The result of the model shows: the composition of function food has obvious effect to protect liver.
