Chuan Hong Activating Blood Circulation Capsule's Clinical Study To Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris (Pattern Of Stagnation Of Heart Blood)

Purpose: Exploring chuan hong activating blood circulation capsule's clinical curative effect and safety to coronary heart disease angina pectoris(pattern of stagnation of Heart Blood).Methods: Adoption with randomization, double blindness, positive medicine of equal rank, multi-central, the second period clinical trial of method. This research selects 232 cases. 228 ITT(Intention-to-treat)crowd including 115 cases in experimental groups , 113 cases in control groups ; 217 PP (Per-Protocol) crowd including 109 cases experimental groups, 108 cases in control groups, of which experimental groups take the chuan hong activating blood circulation capsule and the simulative medicament of vessel removing Blood stasis one, control groups take the vessel removing Blood stasis capsule and the simulative medicament of chuan hong activating blood circulation one . Every four weeks makes a period of treatment . After four weeks, observe the curative effect of angina pectoris, of electrocardiogram, of the rate of suspending from nitroglycerin .Results:① angina pectoris curative effect evaluation : in the experimental groups of the ITT crowd , it shows 28 examples obvious effect, 68 examples valid, 19 examples invalid, 0 example aggravating, it is respectively 18 examples, 71 examples, 24 examples, 0 example in the control groups; in the experimental groups of the PP crowd , it shows 28 examples obvious effect, 63 examples valid, 18 examples invalid, 0 example aggravating, it is respectively 18 examples, 67 examples, 23 examples, 0 example in the control groups. There are no significant differences between two groups by statistical disposal. (ITT :order sum inspection quantum T＝1.5836,P＝0.1127；PP:T＝1.6080, P＝0.1078). Of the ITT crowd, total efficiency rate is 83.48% in the experimental groups, it is 78.76% in the control groups ; of the PP crowd ,total efficiency rate is respectively 83.49%,78.70%. There are no significant differences between two groups by statistical disposal. (ITT:CMH=0.8383, P=0.3599； PP:CMH=0.7809,P＝0.3769). ②electrocardiogram curative effect evaluation: in the experimental groups of the ITT crowd , it shows 22 examples obvious effect, 48 examples valid, 44 examples invalid, 1 example aggravating, it is respectively 21 examples, 42 examples, 50 examples, 0 example in the control groups; in the experimental groups of the PP crowd , it shows 22 examples obvious effect, 44 examples valid, 42 examples invalid, 1 example aggravating, it is respectively 20 examples, 41 examples, 47 examples, 0 example in the control groups. There are no significant differences between two groups by statistical disposal. (ITT :order sum inspection quantum T＝0.5733,P＝0.5665；PP:T＝0.5270, P＝0.5982). Of the ITT crowd, total efficiency rate is 60.87% in the experimental groups, it is 55.75% in the control groups ; of the PP crowd, total efficiency rate is respectively 60.55%,56.48%. There are no significant differences between two groups by statistical disposal.(ITT:CMH=0.6486, P=0.4206; PP:CMH= 0.3314,P＝0.5648). ③the rate of suspending from nitroglycerin curative effect evaluation: in the experimental groups of the ITT crowd, it shows 67 examples suspending medicine, 13 examples reducing quantity, 10 examples keeping constant, it is respectively 63 examples, 13 examples, 19 examples in the control groups; In the experimental groups of the PP crowd , it shows 64 examples suspending medicine, 11 examples reducing quantity, 10 examples keeping constant, it is respectively 59 examples, 12 examples, 19 examples in the control groups.
