Clinical Study On Bu Shen Yi Gan Decoction Combined With Captopril Tablets Treating Hypertension Patients With Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Bu Shen Yi Gan Decoction (BSYGD) is an effective prescription in treating hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy which is invented by Prof. Yang Chuanhua on the basis of experience for several years.To further investigate its clinical effect and mechanism,this dissertation conducts clinical study of it under the instruction of Prof. Yang. The clinical study demonstrates that BSYGD combined with Captopril Tablets can markedly improve clinical symptoms ,effectively control blood pressure,steadily decreases day and night blood pressure and recover its rhythm . It can also reduce TG,increase HDL-C and improve hemorrheology indexes. It can reduce LVMI and the accumulating scores of ECG and then markedly improve the effect of treating hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy .Its effect is better than that of Captopril Tablets (P<0.05) and shows great prospect for clinical use. It also provides effectual integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine method for treating hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy .
