Experimental Study On Constructing Small-caliber Artery By Tissue Engineering Approach In Rotary Cell Culture System In Vitro

objective To provide cells resource for experimental study on Vascular tissue engineering.Methods Vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells and human skin fibroblasts were respectively isolated from human umbilical vein and normal adult health lying-in woman skin specimens removed during caesarean birth surgery of healthy lying-in woman skin specimens by enzyme digestion and tissue plant methods,subcultured,purifiedand and identifiedetc.Results The morphological characteristics of three kinds of cells are accord with those of vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells and human skin fibroblasts. Conclusion The culture cells can meet the experimental expectations on Vascular tissue engineering.
