With preclinical medicine deep research, Hi-Tech, and electronic computer method' s application on experiment, medical science examination instrument win development at full speed and popularize in the clinical labs progressively . Blood cell counter plays an important role in the modern clinical practice.Through comparing various kinds of clinical methods of inspection, choosing to study and carrying on cells counter research with Coulter's principle. Put up the experimental enviroment. Set up experimental model. And blood cells distribute according to the grain size of the cell. Learn to use anti-interference technique. Guarantee that the blood cell counter counts accurately. Learn to use technique of the one-chip computer, microelectric technique, and new-type electronic unit. Promote the research of miniaturization.Finish the function design according to the foreign instrument of the same type at first. Then design every part separately: Finish the selecting type of the power, make it meet power request, the signals' gathering, enlarge, anti-interference is designed, including invariable current circuit design, anti-interference circuit, enlarging circuit, choice of accuarating circuit, design level and comparing circuit, the computer dealing with the unit, amplify the signal to relatively deal with. Because resistance's change that platelet cell causes is too small, signal is so faint that survey at passing aperturing difficultly. In order to improve the sensitivity of the amplifier, I have adopted the differential to enlarge the circuit.
