Clinical Research On "Kangzhiling" In Treating Mycoplasma Pneumoniae

The subject is a clinical study on MPP. At the same time, we explore the cause of disease and pathogenesis of MPP .We think that heat-evil in lung, reserved flow of vital energy and stagnetion of the phlegm, the blood stasis of the lung are main pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine of MPP. We triturate Kangzhiling by means of clearing away the heat-evil located at lung, relieving a cough and dissipating phlegm, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. We conduct clinical observe by choose 32cases of MPP who use Kangzhiling and observe the change of TNF- a and IL-6 in outside blood, and explore the mechanism of KangzhilingThe result shows: Kangzhilin is entherapeatic curing MPP. It can improve patient's care rate reduce course of treatment, its total valid incident reaches 93.75%. combining with erythromycin, Kang-zhiling's curative effect is better than erythromycin alone (P<0.05). it can reduce the content of TNF-α and IL-6 .This show that Kang zhiling can adjust the immunity of organism, decrease the damage caused by improper immunity reaction.
