Study Of Modern Logistics Management For Medicine In Hospital

Logistics Management, which has been developed rapidly in our country, has been applied in all kinds of enterprises since the beginner of 21 century. Logistics technology in medicinal enterprise is relative laggard during the era of flourishing development in medicinal trades. The medicinal wholesalers' average logistic cost was more than 10 percent of the whole sale sum in 2002.There are only 10 enterprises whose sales was more than a thousand millions in nearly 17000 medicinal wholesalers. This situation indicates that the modernization of medicinal trade and the actualization of logistics management is no time to delay. However, the logistics management of polyclinic, which has more than a hundred millions sales annually was beginning just now. At the beginning of the dissertation, the character of the existing circulating system and medicine serve was offered, and the functions of this system were analyzed. Then, according to the situation of a hospital in Tianjin, a evaluation and control of logistics jobs in the processing of medicine serve were analyzed systemically. At last, several issues about the medicine logistic system in the construction process were discussed systemically. The department of hospital, as well as the medical wholesaler, was confronted with some practical problems about purchasing, stock, storage and delivery. It can decrease the stock, expedite the capital turnover , improve the efficiency, and reduce the cost through constructing the logistical system.There are lots of problems to be desiderated about the logistics management of hospital because of the restrict of economy and medical care system. This dissertation can be used for reference.
