Objective: To study the effects on hemodynamics of combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine and propofol in different proportion .Methods: 90 patients who need rapid and external operation were selected and randomly divided into three groups , group 1: combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine 0.5 mg · kg-1 and propofol 0.25 mg · kg-1 ;group 2: combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine 0.5 mg · kg-1 and propofol 0.5 mg · kg-1 ;group 3: combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine 0.5 mg · kg-1 and propofol 1 mg · kg-1 . Heart rate and blood pressure were recorded . Results: The patients heart rate and blood pressure of group 2 were more stable than those of the other groups . Conclusion: Combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine 0.5 mg· kg-1 and propofol 0.5 mg · kg-1 can offer the most stable hemodynamics. |
