| Objective To research the rationality and the way of Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with anatomical and kinematic point. Methods In the study, there were 21 fresh cadaveric knees, men 16,women 5,with the mean age of 25 when they died. From the 0 degree to 130 degree at per 10 degree migration changes of anteromedial and posterolateral bundle of the ACL were measured in comparison with the migration at 90 degree in the condition of no force and vertical force of 50 N.The angle of flab and tension of the two bundle were calculated of the fixed metal marker. Results there were only two angles,60 degree and 70 degree in that states the migration change was not significant. Only at 40 degree and 90 degree , migration changes of the two bundles was notsignificant in the vertical force of 50N.the anteromedial bundle was extra flabby and folding when the knee was flexing over 110 degree and the posterolateral bundle was folding when the knee was flexing from 70 degree to 110 degree. Two bundles were significantly enlongating when the knee was flexing over 110 degree in the vertical force.Conchision The anteromedial bundle has different function to the posterolateral bundle. The two bundle need to be reconstructed in order to restore the function of anterior cruciate ligament.lt is coincident to the propery of kinematics that the knee be fixed at the 110 degree in the early stage. |
