To access the relative influential factors of rehabilitation of the deafened children, we investigated 42 prelingually deafened children with multichannel cochlear implant, and their hearing, language ability, hearing thresholds and talent level were evaluated. The results showed the hearing rehabilitation were affected by the occupations of the parents, salary of the family, the time between diagnosing deaf and the operation, the time after the cochlear implant operation and the talent level. The influential factors of language of the deafened children are sex, age, the time after the cochlear implant operation, hearing level etc.The results of the logistic regression showed that the deafened children's hearing ability developed rapidly if their family had high salary, their mother had high culture degree, and they used the hearing-aid for longer time etc. At the same time, the time after the cochlear implant, the hearing level, the time between deaf and operation was positive correlative factors, and the auditory was the negative correlative factor. We also analyzed the language, hearing and talent level for two times every 6 months, and the second result are better than that of the first. Therefore, it is necessary for the deafened children with multichannel cochlear implant to be trained scientifically and systematically.
