| Objective: To study the effect of culture times and radioactive concentration of 125IUdR on the extracellular radioaction in rats C6 glioma cells.Methods: Rats C6 glioma cells were cultured with 5-FUdR for one hour, then cultured with 125IudR for various times and for various radioactive concentratsion. Gama radioimmunoassay counter was used to determine the radiat counts per cell. Calculate the ratios of 125IudR incorporation in rats C6 glioma cells.Results: When the rats C6 glioma cells is cultured with 125IUdR, the higher radioactive concentration of 125IudR, the radioactive of 125IUdR entracellular is higher; and When the rats C6 glioma cells is cultured with same radioactive concentration of 125IUdR, the culture time is longer, the radioactive of 125IudR entracellular is higher.Conclusion: According to the culture times is longer and the radioactive concentratsion of 125IudR is higher, the entracellular of 125IudR in rats C6 glioma cells is increased. |
