The Clinical Observation Of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Treated By Xuesiyin Capsule

After concluded some research of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine into the subject of Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in resent years, we study the effect and some parameters of Xuesiyin capsule which is used to treat Chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (CITP) .We research 40 subjects of CITP with their platelet count, blood PAIgG level, amount of megakaryocyte, and compared with those cured by Prednisone. From the treatment we find Xuesiyin can increase the platelet count of CITP rapidly ( P<0.01 ) , effectively decrease the PAIgG level in the blood of CITP (P<0.01) , striking decrease the megakaryocyte and unripe megakaryocyte in CITP bone marrow(P<0.01) , but megakaryocyte with producting platelet striking increased (P <0.01) .The total effective rate of Xuesiyin on CITP approximates to Prednisone's (P>0.05) .From the treatment group, we also find the response of Xuesiyin is remarkable to all sorts of CITP (P<0.01) , especially to spleen failing to control blood, which platelet count is much higher than the other two groups (P<0.05) .
