Effect Of Huaxian Decoction On Superoxide Dismutase Orgotein And Hyprohydroxyproline Of Blood Serum And Pathomorphology In The Pulmonary Fibrosis Model Of Rat

Pulmonary fibrosis is caused by many factors and shows diffuse interstitial tissue hyperplasia.In present,its etiopathogenesis are not entirely exact and remedial methods are limit.In order to study further its definite mechanisms of action,research and develop effective remedies and drugs,we selected rat model of pulmonary fibrosis replicated by BLM as study objects and hydro-cortisone as a positive control-medicine ,applied the advanced means of biochemistry and pathomorphology to do correlative experimental research.The results indicate that rat model of pulmonary fibrosis replicated by BLM is similar to that of mankind.HuaXian decoction can improve the pathomorphology and ultrastructure of rat model of pulmonary fibrosis,thereby,can confirm that HuaXian decoction has exactly function to prevent and cure the pulmonary fibrosis;Hua Xian decoction can also lower the content of HP(hyprohydroxyproline)which reflected collagen deposition,and can increase the activity of SOD(superoxide dismutase orgotein) of serum.It point out that impel the secrete and enhance activity of SOD,improve capability of antioxidation,reduce inflammatory react,restrain collagen deposition ,protect alveolar epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells ,and protect lung tissue,which is probably one of the roads that prevent and cure pulmonary fibrosis.
