Clinical Study Of Evidence-Based Medicine And Three Dimensional-Conformal Radiotherapy Treat Malignant Tumor

Objective: To explore the therapeutic value of 3DCRT in the treatmet of malignant tumor and the tolerance of the adverse reaction under Evidene-based medicine. Find the best methods of 3 DCRT Combined with the other treatment option, and to explore the question of time-dose -separation quality-control and quality assurance.Methods: According to the different location grades and characteristic of organism of malignant tumor, we treated 56 patients by 3DCRT alone and contacting the other treatment's methods.The 32pationts with inoperatable Non small cell lung cancer were treated.by chemotherapy and conventional fraction radio therapy.And too according to the size location and characteristic of tumor we decided the time-dose-separation of 3DCRT.Results:ln 56 patients,CR: 13 patients (23.2%), PR:33 patients (58.1%),NR:9 patients(16.2%), PD:1 patient (1.7%),CR+PR:46 patients(82.1%),the acute radiation esophagitis rate were 14.2%(n=8) the acute radiation pneumoniasis rate were 12.5%(n=7), they were 1-2 grade,arrest of bone marrow rate were 17.8%(n=10), they were 1-2 grade, the KPS of 44 patients were improved. 1-year survival effective rate were 83.2%, and the median survival period were sixteen months.Conclusion:1, Under the evidence-based medicine, we could arrange the 3DCRT to combine with the other therapy mothed reasonably, and get the better results, improve the patients survival quality.2, the adverse reaction was small, and the patients was tolerant.3, It was reasonable that we decided the time-dose-seperation according to the size of tumor and the characteristic of tissue.4, We should control the adaptation and controindication of 3DCRT strictly, and consider the uncertainty because the movement of the internal organ and notice to control and mend.5, 3DCRT plus general radiotherapy was fit and favorable for the most patients6, About the uncertainty of 3DCRT, there were the peoples reason and there were the fact of unreststable, we should conquer and improved graddly. And weshould do IMRT and multiple dimensional-conformal radiotherapy.
