Clinical Study On The Effect Of Qi Supplementing And Blood Stasis Removing Method (QSBR) On Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (CPID)

Objective: To explone the mechanism of QSBR on CPID,and put forward a confirmative treatment method according to this study results.Methods: 60 CPID patients were devided into the treatment group and the control group at random. The treatment group were mainly treated with PenYanâ… Soup of QSBR, and the controls were treated with PenYanâ…¡Soup of BR.,their main symptom integra of the treated group and the control group were observed before and after the treatment,hemorheology indexes (BV,PV,Ht,ESR)and immunology indexes(Et-RER,C3 ) were detected before and after the treatment too. There were 30 other cases of healthy women as a healthy group. hemorheology indexes (BV,PV,Ht,ESR)and immunology indexes(Et-RER,C3 )were detected .Results: The results showed that compared with the healthy women, CPID patients's hemorheologic levels (BV,PV,Ht,ESR)were much higher (P<0.01), and the immunological index levels such as Et-RFR and C3 were much lower (P<0.01).QSBR and BR could decrease their main symptom integra(P<0.01).Conclusions: The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 100% and 70% respectively. The results of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).QSBR could increase the index levels such as Et-RFR,C3(P<0.01),and the effect was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).QSBR could greatly decrease the index levels of hemorheology , such as BV,PV,Ht,ESR(P<0.01),and the effect was superior to the control group (P<0.05).Therefore it is assumed that the therapy of QSBR might be a good approach in treating CPID, and the effect may be superior to BR.
