The Clinical And Mechanism Study On Acupuncture For Relifing The Labour Pain

Object:This research used acupuncture as the method for relifmg lobour pain,Through analysised its effect,and discussed its mechanism,we regarded it a safe,reliable and without-side-effect method,and studied forwardly its mechanism.Method: 1 To evaluate the effect for relifmg lobour pain, we used Keele staff diagram grade-evaluating method and VRS pain-classifying method as the observation.topic. The effect of relifmg lobour pain of acupuncture group was constractcd with that of comparing group.2.To observe the effect of acupuncture on mother and infant, the stages of labor of the parturient, the quantity of postpartum hemorrhage, the ways of labor and the neonate Apgar scores were recorded. 2 To research the mechanism of reliflng lobour pain,we observed the concentration changes of β-EP and 5-HT in the blood of parturient before and after acupunctured.Results: 1 The acupuncture can effectively relieve lobour pain in the first stage of labor. And compared with the comparing group, it differed significantly (p<0.05) and had no harmful effects on the mother and infant. 2 This method can obviously improve the concentration of β-EP and 5-HT in the blood of parturient.Conclusion: 1 Taking the acupuncture as the means of relifmg lobour pain has the merits of convenient manipulation, safety, reliable effect on analgesia and without side effect and so on, so it is worth applying in clinic widely. 2 The effect of acupuncture for relifmg lobour pain may be produced by the joint-work of CNS and directly effect on the uteri.
