| Free radical, in especial reactive oxygen species, can be considered as normal vital process product for organism, however free radical in high concentration could do harm to human or other organism. In recent years, the results of researching free radical indicated that some natural medicines extractive can be used as antioxidant components to eliminate free radical. Ginsenoside is a important extractive of ginseng, which is one of precious and high medical valuable Chinese traditional natural medicine, and possess ginseng's principally physiological activity. The task of studying ginsenoside's effect on eliminating free radical is to acquire the experimental data about natural medicines' extractive, to find the feasibility of using these extractive in medical practice, and to theorize the theoretical basis of finding the new druggery or medicinal formula by doing research on the druggery's active mechanism in the process of eliminating free radical with the chemical kinetics' way. Illumination vitaminb2 can generate oxygen free radical, and oxygen free radical oxidate hydroxylamine and make it turn to nitrite ion NO2-, then NO2- reacts with sulfanilic acid and naphthylamine to produce azo compound, and then the system is mauve. So with detecting by UV spectrophotometer and 722 spectrophotometer, the data about free radical could be acquired by sidewind. Analyse affecting factor of this system, the experimental parameter was optimized, and the experimental effect was improved. Vitamin c and ginsenoside used as free radical's scavenger in this system, and vitamin c was studied as ginsenoside's frame of reference in this process. Then the ginsenosid's effect on free radical was researched with the point of kinetics and molecular constitution's view. The results indicated that the free radical generated system can sensitively show the the free radical's concentration changing which is a simple and feasible system to check the effect of ginsenosid's eliminating free radical. While the experimental data showed that ginsenosid can eliminate free radical, and it's eliminating ability increased with its concentration aggrandizement. In contrast to vitamin c, as result's curve show, 0.1g.dm-3 Vc had better efficiency on eliminating free radical than 10g.dm-3 ginsenosid did, though 10g.dm-3 ginsenosid has greater capacity of eliminating free radical than 0.1g.dm-3 Vc, hence ginsenosid was just one mild scavenger. Seeing about their combined action, their combined action is similarity to that action of strong acid with weak acid could do in the neutral reaction.From a series of experiments, the Conclusion is drawed. First, the vitaminb2 system can be used as a effective free radical generated and detected system. Second, Ginsenoside is mild and effective free radical scavenger, which eliminating ability have relations with their active hydroxide radical's number, glycosyl and molecular configuration. Last, there are two indexes( t terminal and (A standard-A scavenger)max) that be more effective than clearance rate in judging of eliminating ability. |
