The Research Of The Drug Sensitivity Assay Of Primary Culture Of Oral Maxillofacial Squamous Cell Carcinoma And The Relation Between The Result Of Drug Sensitivity Assay And The Clinic

Object:To search the best drug sensitivity assay which can suit clinic.To investigate those factors which affect the clinic.Methods:Using the technique of primary culture of squamous cell carcinoma,MTTassay and SRB assay to get the result of drug sensitivity assay of oral maxillofacial squamons cell carcinoma.Result:①There was no difference between the result of MTT assay and SRB assay(P>0.05).②MTT assay is rapid,cheap,simple and suitable to popularize.③The result of drug sensitivity assay were as fellow: the average inhibitory of the smaller volume of carcinoma was bigger than the bigger volume(P<0.05);the order of the average inhibitory of all pathologic degrees:Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ; the order of the average inhibitory of all clinical stages: Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅳ; the order of the average inhibitory of all positions:the floor of mouth>gingiva>buccal mucosa>tongua>neck>pharynx; the order of theaverage inhibitory of all drug: CBDCA＋5-Fu > CBDCA > 5-Fu > PYM > MTX； the average inhibitory of the higher concentration was bigger than the lower concentration.Conclusion:①MTT assay meet the clinical require,but we must get over some defects before it become a routine assay in the hospitol.②the result of oral maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma of drug sensitivity assay were correlated with its histologic degree,clinical stage, position, volume, the sex of patients and drug.③the effect of combination was better than the single drug.
