China is the original country of tea plant (Camellia sinesis) in the world and the native place of tea. Yet Yunnan Province is the central region of the original country of tea plant where well-known Yunnan dayezhong are adapted to growing. Its representative product is Puer tea which is famous in modern or ancient times, in China or elsewhere.Modern Puer tea belong to dark green tea. Yunnan dayezhong fresh leaves are firstly fixed, rolled, sunshine-dried, then are sifted into classifications or steaming compressed into all kinds of Puer tea's standard in term of their respective production processing. Puertea are divided into two types---Puer loose tea and Puer compressed tea. Puer loose teaare divided into five grades in the light of their quality. Puer compressed tea are divided into 'Puer Tuo tea' like the bowl, 'Qizibing tea' like the round moon and 'Puer brick tea' like the rectangle. With Puer tea's production prosperous and Yunnan dayezhong spreaded. Puer tea's growing areas are uninterruptedly enlarging. Puer tea were processed in Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces in 1970s. In 1980s Puer tea were processed in batches with zhongyezhong or xiaoyezhog in Sichuan, Hunan and Guizhou Provinces and so on. Puer tea were even also processed in foreign countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Burma, Laos and Indionesia and the like. Because of their different raw materials and production precessing, Their quality styles have greater difference in different growing ares. Therefore it is imperative that we launch to study Puer tea scientifically and strictly, standardize Puer tea's market and make Puer tea develop in good health. In contrast with Puer tea's raw materials---sunshine-dried green tea and by choosing'Yunan Qizibing tea' as subject, the function of blood lipid adjusted by Puer tea and its physiologically active composition were studied in this paper. All of the studies aimed atappraising objectively and recoginizing scientifically Puer tea, providig theoretical foundation for Puer tea's production processing improved and its industrial development, scientific guidance for the exploitation of Puer tea's functional food, reference for the consumer choosing reasonably Puer tea as health protection in order to guide and expand the market of Puer tea.Select the health and grown Kuming mice with half males and half females which weigh 18 1g. After mice had been put under quarantin for seven days through feeding all mice on grained basic feed and running water. Their average body weight increased to 25 ?4g. In accordance with mice's sex and average body weight, mice were divided randomly into nine groups, namely basic feed control group (first group), basic feed+Puer tea group (second group) , high-fat-feed control group (third group) , high fat feed+sunshine-dried green tea group (forth group) , high fat feed+Puer tea group (fifth group) , high fat feed+low-dose tea polysaccharide group (sixth group) , high fat feed+middle-dose tea polysaccharide group (seventh group), high fat feed+high-dose tea polysaccharide group (eighth group) , high fat feed+middle-dose tea polyphenol group (ninth group) . The average body weight of mice in every group is not significantly different by one-way ANOVA of microsoft Excel (P>0.05). Mice who were raised alone took in feed and drank freely. The temperature and the humidity of animal feeding room were taken down everyday. The expenditure of feed, drinking and body weight of mice were measured every four days. After mice had been raised for 28d and had fasting for 12h, their blood samples were obtained by removing mice's eyeball and then collected. Their serum were seperated. The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in serum were determined with colorimetric test for enzymatic determination. The value of AI (AI=LDL-C/HLD-C) were calculated. The results were indicated as follows,(1) The expenditure of feed, drinking and average body weight of mice in nine groups have no significant differentiation. Thus it can be seen that mice in every group were physically...
