Curative Effect Of Methylcobolaninc On Sudden Deafness

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of methylcobolaninc on sudden deafness. Methods 137 cases (141ears) were divided into 3 groups. I group 66cases (69ears)were treated with methylcobolaninc , II group 46 cases(46ears) were treated with the calcium channels blocker, III group 25 cases(26ears) were treated with betahistine. All groups were treated with vasodilating medicines. Result â‘  The effective rates of treatment in the three groups were 65.2%, 71.7%, 57.6% respectively, and the cure-obvious rates in 4kHz~8kHz portion of treatment were 34.9%, 21.4%, 13.3%, either difference of x 2 test was not significant (P>0.05). â‘¡The effective rates of deducing the tinnitus were 76.5%, 73.7%, 73.9% and the difference was not significant. â‘¢The effective rates of controlling vertigo were 82.6%, 61.9%, 85.7, the difference was not significant ,but the difference of the disappearance rate was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion â‘ The difference of the curative effect was not significant in the three groups of SD patients. Methyicobolaninc and medicines of improving inner ear microcirculation should be used in combination to achieve better curative effect. â‘¡Although In I group the differences were not significant, the effective rates of treament in 4kHz~8kHz portion and the effective rate of deducing the tinnitus were better than the other two groups.The disappearance rate of controlling vertigo was obvious.â‘¢The effective rate of calcium channels blocker was stable ,the effective rate of betshisine in treatment of vertigo was more obvious.
