The application of using near-infrared spectrum in medicine field is promoted by using the method that not only drops the costs of examination but also receives the result of blood sugar rapidly. In this paper, the near-infrared spectrum of glucose powder is measured firstly, then made a emendation model for vary concentration of glucose solution, all of these accumulates a lot of experience for the emendation model of flesh blood sugar, finally, an calibrated model of human body blood sugar in the character absorb region of the blood sugar is established by using the partial least-squares method (PLS) and a very good result is received. The result reaches the same result that received by using near-infrared spectrum in others countries, it makes a huge progress in the region of use near-infrared spectrum to measure blood sugar of people. A basic of noninvasive measures the concentration of blood sugar has been established. |
