The Knowledge Attitudes Of Contraception Among Unwanted Pregnancy Women

Induced abortion is harm to all of women .So how to reduce the proportion is our main duty .A comprehensive understanding of risk factors for why people didn't use contraceptive, and how they accepted the emergency contraception.Objective: To identify risk factors for why women didn't use contraceptive. To determine contraceptive use status and its factors among women. We analyzed the reason of unwanted pregnancy.And the accepted of the emergency contraception.Method: A cross-sectional survey was conducted at the Tianjin Heping Gynecology and Maternity Hospital among 346 patients. Unconditional logistic regression model and chi-square test were used for analysis.Result: Result from chi-square test that the reason of the unwanted pregnancy among married women was contraceptive fail(about 64.32%),among unmarried women was discrete use of contraceptive(about 57.1%). x2=14.84 P=0.000 .With the age and the education level created the knowledge of emergency contraception will be increased. The people who use the contraceptive the knowledge of emergency contraception will be increased, x 2= 15.522, 35.277, 16.853, P =0.001, 0.000, 0.000.Result from logistic regression show the age (OR=1.618, 95%CI 1.292-2.026), resident (OR=2.025, 95%CI 1.103-3.719), personal income( OR=2.664, 95%CI 2.011-3.574 ) , occupation ( OR=3.116,95%CI1.996-5.023), marriage ( OR=2.403,95%CI 1.527-3.782) give birth(OR=2.618, 95%CI 1.589-4.312) ,high level of education (OR=2.501, 95%CI 1.964-3.190) were significantly with contraceptive. Resident (OR=2.136,95%CI 1.103-3.719 ) , occupation(OR=1.775,95%CI 1.040-2.911), use condom and drug (OR3.172, 2.643 ,95%CI 1.158-8.692 1.429-4.888) memses (OR=2.826,95%CI 1.439-2.011 ) were significantly with the knowledge of emergency contraceptive age.Discrete use of contraceptive ( OR=0.413,95%CI 0.289-0.677), merry (OR=0.496, 95%CI 0.319-0.775), marital status( OR=0.263, 95%CI 0.133-0.518 ) were no significantly with contraceptive. Resident ( OR=3.173, 95%CI 1.944-5.177 ) , personal income(OR=3.463, 95%CI 2.144-5.592), occupation (OR=1.577 ,95%CI1.017-2.444), high levelof education (OR=1.896, 95%CI 1.368-2.629), were significantly with the propotion of use of emergency contraceptive, personal income ( OR=2.922, 95%CI 1.776-4.832 ) occupation(OR=2.949, 95%CI 1.789-4.885) Discrete use of contraceptive(OR=4.194, 95%CI 1.983-7.767) use condom, (OR=3.172, 95%CI 1.158-8.692), use drug (OR=4.224, 95%CI 1.095-6.288)know the emergency contraception ( OR=3.357, 95%CI 2.135-5.277 ) , were significantly with the diser of use of emergency contraceptive age.
