PrefacePregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome (PIH) is one of the commonest complication of pregnancy and a major cause of maternal and perinatal mortality. Its pathogenesis is undefined. It is one of the important reasons of increasing the incidence and mortality rate with the pregnancy parturien and neonate. The concerning reason of its oc-currence exists various theory, this came to a decision the diversifica-tion on the treatment. But because of its pathology characteristic change, treatment top still then solve the spasm, decline the blood pressure. In recent years, the many scholar is all at diligently study the means of PIH treatment, and attain the most ideal treatment result with the period. This research is namely to add to use the small dosage heparin on the traditic foundation of magnesium sulfate treatment then to study its influence PIT got kidney function change.Material1. Subjects: 40 woman with severe PIH were study, matched for age and gestational - age. None of the pregnancies were complicated by onset of labor, premature rupture of membranes, diabetes mellitus and other clinical complications.2. Reagant and instrumentAdoption the radioimmunoassay method to measure. Examination Instrument with try an Arrary Protein System - 360 auto analysis that be provided by the United States Beckman company the production .Method1. Give the medicine method; Experiment set: 10% glucose 500 ml +25% Magnesium sulfate 40ml + Natrium heparin 25 mg intrave-nous infusion Matched control; 10% glucose 500 ml +25% magnesi-um sulfate 40 ml intravenous infusion ; Two sets all maintain the infu-sion 6-8 hours, and give nifedipine tablets at the same time 10 mg. The everyday take orally three times. Two treatments all maintain 4 days.2. Measurement method; Take to experiment the urine protein of an inside segment urine with the matched control at before treatment and after treatment respectively; μ2 - MG, MA, IgG and at the same time take the vein blood of elbow 1.5 ml to measure μ2 - MG inside blood . Measurement blood routine,24 urine measure, urine routine and liver function , kidney function etc.3. Statistical analysis: All results are presented as medians with ranges. Continuous data were compared with student t test. P value < 0. 05 , was considered significant.Result1. After the experiment set and matched control treatment 24 u-rine measure all obvious higher than in front of treatment ( P < 0. 01). And experiment set 24 urine measure obviously higher than after the matched control treatment( P <0.01) ;2, Experiment set and matched control treatmentμ2 - MG containinside the blood to measure and all obviously lower than treatment front( P <0.01). And the experiment set and matched control meas-ure μ2 - MG contain inside the blood to compare and does not show the difference( P > 0.05) ;3, Experiment set treatment μ2- MG, MA contain inside urine to measure obviously lower than treatment front ( P < 0. 01 ). But the matched control treatment in front and back, theμ2 - MG, MA con-tain inside the urine does not show the difference ( P > 0. 05). And two treatment , μ2 - MG, MA contain inside urine comparison show the difference ( P<0.01);4, Experiment set treatment the IgG contain inside urine measure few higher than treatment front( P <0. 05). But the matched control treatment in front and back , the IgG contain inside urine does not show the difference ( P > 0. 05 ). And two treatment groups IgG con-tain inside the urine compare to be different ( P<0.05).Comment1. Proteinuria and kidneyThe proteinuria is the most common symptom of a kidney dam-age.
