Study Of Changes Of Gastric Secretory Function And Motilin Of Blood Plasma In Obstructive Jaundice Rats

The patients of obstructive jaundice are apt to have acute lesion of gastric mucosa. This is one of the important death reason postoperation. Studing of the mechanism has important significance in clinic prevention and treatment.This article selected 32 healthy Wistar Rats, and divided them into 4 groups to make manufacture of obstructive jaundice for 2 weeks, obstructive jaundice for stress, pseudo operation, and stress model. Assayed total acide, free acide, pepsin activity of gastric fluild, observed changes of neutromucus in gastric mucosa and assayed gastrin and motilin of blood plasma at the same time. Results demonstrated that:⑴total acide and free acide increased obviously and had significant discrepancy(P<0.01andP<0.05) compared with pseudo operation group while obstructive jaundice, obstructive jaundice stress group was higher than obstructive jaundice group significantly(p<0.05).⑵Pepsin activity increased obviously and had significant discrepancy(P<0.01) compared with pseudo operation group while obstructive jaundice. obstructive jaundice stress group had significant discrepancy(P<0.05) compared with obstructive jaundice group.⑶Observed the thickness of neutromucus ingastric mucosa which increased obviously and had significant discrepancy(P<0.01) compared with pseudo operation group while obstructive jaundice, obstructive jaundice stress group had significant discrepancy(P<0.01) compared with obstructive jaundice group.under lighte microscope⑷Changes of gastrin. Gstrin content of blood plasma increated and had significant discrepancy(P<0.05) compared with pseudo operation group while obstructive jaundice, obstructive jaundice stress group had significant discrepancy(P<0.05) compared with obstructive jaundice group.⑸Changes of motilin. Motilin content of blood plasma changed obviously while obstructive jaundice. Obstructive jaundice group, obstructive jaundice stress group had significant discrepancy compared with pseudo operation group(P<0.01)and stress group(P<0.01). Conclusions:⑴Gastric acid and activity of pepsin increased, neutral mucus of gastric wall decreased, the changes are more significant in stress.It is the direct offensive factor to gastric mucosa.⑵.Increasing of motilin and gastrin of plasma is one of the important factor causing imbalance of offensive factors and defensive factors of gastric in obstructive jaundice rats...
