| In this literature,! analyzed the recent research of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. In recent years, many genecologists thought the occurance of PMS is relevant to live^ spleen and kidney, especially to liver. To the different pathogenies, they set down different treatments. At the same time, I concluded the lately studies on pathogeny> pathogenesis^ therapy side in modern medicine. 60 cases of PMS were divided into 2 groups at random: 40 patients were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine ?TiaoGanTang, compared with 20 patients in controlled group treated with hormone. The results showed that the total effective rate of the first group was 90.00%, which was much higher than 75.00% in the controlled group. Better results was also obtained in improving clinical symptoms. |
