We assay the NO/ET in plasma a, check the endothelial dependent diastole function by utralsound, blood pressure, heart rate and et al. And observe the diversity of their marker's levels between before and after therapy in Western medicine group and western and traditional medicine combined group.Study resultsNO, NO/ET level of plasma in hypertension group reduce more apparently than in normal people group, but ET level is just adverse to the anterior both. HDD in hypertension decrease more statistically than in normal people group, but EID not so.NO, ET, NO/ET level and changement rate of brachial artery bore clearly lie in difference in western medicine or combined group before and after therapy. These markers' difference between two groups haven't seen before therapy, and it is more clear in combined group than simple western medicine.Study conclusions1.Through assaying the NO ET in plasma and observing the rate of brachial artery bore, we confirm that there are endothelial dysfunction in hypertension and vicious cycle to hypertension.2.Fangji-huangqi capsule can improve the endothelial dysfunction and not all depend on the effect of adjusting the blood pressure.3.Through adjusting NO/ET in plasma, fangji-huangqi capsule can protect the endothelial function.by improving endothelial dependent diastole function, cooperative decompression, adjusting heart rate.4.Fangji-huangqi capsule maybe play a important pole in preventing and treating hypertension and its complication because of the influence to the process of hypertension.
