Objective: To investigate the different influences on body stress reactive of minimally invasive and laparotomy operation, and the effect of Chinese medicine Da Cheng Qi granule on the stress. Methods: Assign randomlly 109 patients of simple gallbladder stones in 4 groups: laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), LC+Da Cheng Qi granule, operation cholecystectomy(OC), OC+Da Cheng Qi granule. The preoperative and postoperative variation of exhaust time, blood cortisol, glucagon, epinephrine and sugar level was respectively analyzed. Results: The exhaust time, the level of OC+Da Cheng Qi granule and LC+Da Cheng Qi granule group are respectively less than OC and LC group; The sample level of LC is significantly lower than it of OC.Conclusion: LC can significantly decrease the postoperative stress reactive, Da Cheng Qi granule also can decrease the postoperation stress reactive.
