| AbstractThe relationship between HCC and HLA-A2 in thefamily of high incidence of HCC in Guangxi regionPostgraduate: Liang xiongTutors: Peng Min-hao, Li Le-qun, Lu Bang-yuObjective To investigate the relationship betweenHepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and human leukocyte antigens(ffeA) in the family of high incidence of HCC in Guangxi region. Methods the HLA-A2 locus has been detected by PCR-SSPmethod in 4 groups, Group A l20 members from 26 familieswith HCC familial history including Group Al 94 heaIthymembers, and Group A2 26 patients with HCC. Group B 35patients without HCC familial history. Group C 33 patients withhepatitis-oriented cirrhosis and Group D 32 healthy adults. Results The frequencies offfeA-A2 of Group A, \ A,. B' C.D are 46.8l %. 46. l5%. 20.00%. l5.l5%. l5.63% respectively, both Group Al and A2 are significantly higher than group B' C'3D (P <0.05 or P <0.0l) respectively. NO difference has beenfound betWeen Group A, and GrouP A2 (P >0.05). ConclusionThe HLA-A2 locus may associate with the genetic susceptibilityto HCC in the family of high incidence of HCC in Guangxiregion. |
