Experimental And Clinical Study Of Capsule Weileqing On Treating Peptic Ulcer

Objectives : Through the experimental and clinical study of capsule weileqmg, to demonstrate its function of treating peptic ulcer. Materials and Methods: In the experimental study, rats were selected as the experimental animals. (1) In the stress-related gastric injury model, after the rats were given weileqing capsule of 3 doses, the ulcer square were measured. (2) In the pylorus ligation model, after the rats were given capsule weileqing of 3 doses, the ulcer square were measured. (3) In the acetate ulcer model, after the rats were given capsule weileqing of 3 doses, the ulcer square were measured. (4) In the alcohol ulcer model, after the rats were given capsule Weileqing of 3 doses, the ulcer square were measrued. In the clinical study, 133 cases of peptic ulcer were divided into the test group (67), and the control group (66). Among the test groups, male 46 and female 21, the average age is 38.9?0.9 years old. Among the contol group, male 52 and female 14, the average age is 38.9?11.8 years old. The iterms include TCM symptoms, gastroscopy effectness, the eliminating rate of HP, recurrence. Results : Experimental Study shows: 1. Capsule weileqing has protective function to the stress-related gastric injury model. 2. Capsule weileqing has protective function to the pylorus ligation model. ~1 u 3. Capsule weileqing has treating fiincation to the acetate ulcer model. 4. Capsule weileqing has protective function to the alcohol ulcer model. Clinical study shows: 1.Capsule weileqing has good effect on deliminating ulcer square. 2.Capsule weileqing has the ability of eliminating HP. 3.Capsule weileqing can improve TCM syndrome and laxatd stomach-ache syndrome. 4.Capsule weileqing has no toxicology and side-effect on heart~ liver., kidney and hemopoietic system. 5.The recurrence rate of test group is lower than that of control group. Conclusion: Capsule weileqing is an effective and safe drug which can treat peptic ulcer.
