| Classical Swine Fever (CSF) is a highly fetal and contagious disease caused by Classical Swine Fever Virus. Classical Swine Fever vaccine plays an important role at home and abroad, due to the diversity of feeding and variation of virus itself. The antibody level, as the only index of immune effect evaluation, however, has not been able to reflect the actual reality of CSF in the field, because there are many factors that result in vaccinated swine infecting CSF. In order to analysis and evaluate the actual effect of CSF vaccine scientifically, a scientific and practical multi-index comprehensive evaluation method involving antibody detection, the infected field, the feeding environment must be establishedThe dissertation is composed of two parts:one is the establishment of immune effect evaluation system of CSF vaccine using Delphi method, the other is the application of the system which approves and consummates the system by the comparison of the CSF in pig pens and the values by evaluating the immune effect with the field figures from forty-two domestic typical pigpens into the system.The immune effect evaluation system of CSF vaccine including evaluation index system, quantified evaluation criteria, index weight, comprehensive evaluation method had been developed primarily, which comprises six first-grade indexes, twenty-one second-grade indexes and sixty-four third-grade indexes. The six first-grade indexes are feeding administration, vaccine qualification, immune manipulation and procedure, monitoring of antigen and antibody, prevention and epidemiological investigation, with the index weights of 22.3%,8.0%,19.3%,15.2%,19.4%and 15.8% respectively. The heaviest-weigh second-grade indexes among each of the six first-grade indexes are feeding ways administration, CSF vaccine types, immune occasion with CSF vaccine, CSF antibody monitoring, prevention software and annual profits. The first five heaviest-weight indexes among all the third-grade indexes are whole in-and-out model application, pig pens renew mode, maternal antibody, feedstuff and the outbreak of CSF in the pig pen in the past few years, with the index weights of 3.03%,2.84%,2.52%,2.74%,2.33%.The immune effect evaluation system of CSF vaccine was applied in forty-two typical pig pens. The values of immune effect in forty-two typical pig pens were obtained with the interval from 34.3 to 80.79, according to which four groups have been divided according to the immune effect value:the worst immune effect group (three pig pens), worse immune effect group (ten pig pens), normal immune effect group (nineteen pig pens), better immune effect group (ten pig pens), with the intervals of 0 to 45,45 to 55,55 to 70,70 to 100, respectively. The evaluation verification of primary immune effect grouping and marking was undertaken. Compared the immune effect grouping of 42 pig pens with the actual CSF existence, the CSF incidences of the worst immune effect group, worse immune effect group, normal immune effect group and better immune effect group were 100%,60%,6.7% and 0, which confirmed the consistence between grouping and CSF existence. The evaluation mark was divided into two data groups which were taken significant test. There is highly significant correlation between the two data groups in accordance with the test (P<0.01).
