Studies On The Zoning Of The Hunan Double-crop Rice Which At The Backround Of The Two-oriented Society

Climate change have an enormous impact on Hunan double-crop rice production, at the same time, as a "two-oriented society" pilot area, there has also raised new demands for double-crop rice production. In order to adapt the new requirements on double-crop rice, we conducted of climate change on the double-crop rice production, new requirements for double-crop rice production of the "two-oriented society, and the new regional planning of Hunan double-crop rice production.The main points were as follows,1. The effect of climate change on agriculture and double-crop rice productionWhen the average temperature rise 1℃per year, cropping systems of Hunan Province may move north line 2.02-2.07°N. Apart from individual parts of the high-elevation mountain accumulated temperature below 4000℃, others were more than 4000℃to meet the double-crop rice production. Other areas could satisfy with the requirements of three-crop system. And three-crop system area will account for nearly 90% crop area of Hunan Province, double-crop rice production area is only about 10%.When the average temperature arise 2℃, the accumulated temperature≥0℃will arise about 700℃per year. In addition to the high altitude areas above 4000℃accumulated temperature generally to meet double-crop rice production, other areas will be required to meet the three-crop system, and the three cropping area will account for 95% crop area of Hunan Province.2. In the new circumstances of "two-oriented society", to achieve sustainable development of food productionUnified the "two-oriented society" construction and food production intensification, and save land, water and other resources as possible to promote sustainable and stable income of food and agriculture, to enhance food major technological promotion, train of food scientists and technicians multi-channel., Rice industry is agriculture and the rural economy leading industry of Hunan Province. The new regional planning of double-crop rice in Hunan ProvinceThe new context of Hunan temperatures rise, maturity change, plant species change, double-cropping rice growing region reduce. North of Hunan rice area plant early rice and late rice super high-quality rice production as the mainstay.
