Semi-arid regions in western Heilongjiang Province has great potential in agricultural production, food crop production occupies an important position in the country, Unreasonable fertilizer application was the main reason to restrictied water potential.A large scale of application of dip irrigation under film solved the problem of shortage of agricultural water of the semi-arid areas of Heilongjiang province , It was improve water use efficiency and fertilizer utilized rate and it was also important to increase grain yield.This paper mainly focuses on the yeild ratio,growth and water cosumption of corn, as well as the changes of the soil temperature affected by the drip irragation in the semi-arid area of Heilongjiang province.When researching on the influence of different water and Nitrogen treatments by the drip irrigation, we analysis the effect on corn yeild,growth and development by different kind of Nitrogen treatment and also establish the mathematical regression model of the affection of water and Nitrogen on corn yield. We get the conclusion that the grain yield of drip irragation increases greatly under the influence by water and Nitrogen and that the order is :N> Water, water, nitrogen. We also discussed the effect of water and fertilizer drip irrigation on corn yield component factors, and the two factors on the yield components of corn are all positive effects. The order of the effect on grain weight is that: Nitrogen X1> Irrigation X2. The order of the impact on the ear length: Nitrogen X1> Irrigation X2.Getting the regression equation between the accumulation of corn dry matter and the time relationship when researching on the effect of dry matter of corn and biomass by the water and Nitrogen. It was found that in the seeding stage , the differences of the dry matter of the corn don't vary greatly while jointing of dry nitrogen treatments material accumulate much faster than low-N treatment. In the growth period of corn biomass, it shows a parabolic trend to increase affect by the nitrogen and irrigation. when the irrigation and nitrogen fertilizer inputs is low, with the increase of nitrogen the fresh weight of maize plants is slightly higher than irrigation.Through the study of the corn water consumption and water use efficiency, It was found that the overall performance of the water consumption increases first, decreases then and then increases again. The water consumption is highest when the corn is under development. The Low nitrogen and high nitrogen in the water treatment and irrigation water use is of the highest water use coefficient.Jointing of topsoil temperature trends are all increases first and then decreased. The maximum soil temperature in the day is at 12:00 or 14:00. The temputer increases the slightest when we use the high Nitrogen and low water, and the best effect of gaining temputer will be up when we use the moderite water and fertilization.
