Pinus koraiensis is the most important tree species in our northeast country, which has very important ecological meanings in ecosystem. In northeastern tree zones, owing to low temperature and long winter, decompose of litter and organic mineralization are very slow. Nitrogen often becomes the limited factor.Research the supply mineral nutrient for Pinus koraiensis, the growth of Pinus koraiensis, the absorption of N, P, K nutrient in Pinus koraiensis, the absorption and utilization of nitrogen, the affect pH value of the nutrient solution by adopting water culture system. The main results and conclusions are as follows. The results show that:(1) In the accumulation of biomass, in supply of glutamic and glycin acid, the accumulation of biomass of Pinus koraiensis is better than NH4+ condition and lysine condition, much better than NO3- condition than ck. It has little difference in the biomass of seeding with imputing inhibitor amino acid or not imputed.(2) In terms of plants' growth, in supply of glutamic and glycin acid, the promoting function of growth of Pinus koraiensis seedling is better than NH4+ condition and lysine condition, much better than NO3" condition. It has little difference in the growth of Pinus koraiensis seedling with imputing inhibitor amino acid or not imputed.(3) The absorption of N, P, K nutrient, glutamic and glycin acid can improve more N, P, K nutrient concentration of Pinus koraiensis seedling than NH4+ and lysine acid, ck can not improve N, P, K nutrient concentration of Pinus koraiensis seedling. It has little difference in the absorption of N, P, K nutrient of Pinus koraiensis seedling with imputing inhibitor amino acid or not imputed.(4) The absorption and utilization of nitrogen, glycine and glutamate supply capacity of the highest NH4+-N, the supply capacity of Lysine was equal to ammonium, the supply capacity of ck was the lowest. Different proportion of inorganic nitrogen source of plant ammonium nitrogen supply with the ratio of NH4+ rise. There is no significant difference between the supply of nitrate nitrogen in amino acid and ammonium nitrogen treatments, and much lower than calcium nitrate treatment. It has little difference in the absorption and utilization of nitrogen with imputing inhibitor amino acid or not imputed.(5) In terms of pH value of nutrient solution, the influence of pH value of nutrient solution is similar among amino acids, amino nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen treatment, can cause pH value rising; ammonium nitrogen cause pH value of nutrient solution reduced. It has little difference in pH value of nutrient solution with imputing inhibitor amino acid or not imputed.(6) In terms of enzyme activity, different rate of inorganic nitrogen sources and different amino acids nitrogen sources can stimulate NR, GS, GDH of Korean pine seedling roots and leaves compared to the control, but with different levels of stimulation.As can be seen from the above conclusions:in supply of glutamic and glycin acid, the growth of Pinus koraiensis is better than NH4+ condition and lysine condition. There is the similar action in supply of NH4+ and lysine, and they are mush better than NO3- condition. |
