Pipe drainage system has big control of excluding agricultural groundwater and soil moisture and raise the utilization of land area. To ensure content bringing down water logging cases, use reasonable care of the material and reasonable and buried deep in the spacing combining lower soil percolation of nitrogen loss Closed drainage system so that farmland has given new functions. In this paper, passing the test of a simulation of the different dark of the material for removing nitrogen interception tests firstly, picking out the ideal filter material for getting rid of nitrogen. Based on these studies, through percolation channel simulating the dark of face was dark and spacing combining to intercept the removal of the effect of nitrogen. The two of the soil moisture it moves mathematical model and mixed quality, it moves mathematical model for percolation sink in water and soil nitrogen the horizontal and vertical direction of the distribution of the simulated. And getting the research results as follows :(1) Preliminary test results show that Closed different combination of outsourcing material effect on the interception of nitrogen: rice straw, geotextile, outsourcing of materials on the nitrogen composition of fly ash interception best in outsourcing geotextile material effect on the interception of nitrogen in the worst. Post filled by straw, geotextile and fly ash ,post filled by phaeocystis globosa, geotextile and fly ash and post filled by maize straw, geotextile and fly ash are respectively has a increase by 22%, 16%, 5% to interception rate of ammonium nitrogen and 19%,14%,7% to interception rate of total nitrogen than geotextile.(2) In the seepage tank test, the underground pipe with straw, geotextile, fly ash composition outsourcing, outsourcing of materials and underground pipe the same soil column than the underground pipe depth and spacing combination of ammonium interception rate on a 6% total nitrogen 10% interception rate.(3) Hydrus-2d procedures are adopted for the establishment of a two-dimensional the soil moisture it moves models and nitrogen it moves mathematical modeland the Percolation tank on soil moisture, nitrate in the horizontal direction and vertical direction to simulate the distribution, the impersonation and measured value to result in the simulation and measured value coincide.
