This paper study the broken corn stalks which are with about 20% of moisture. Using high density baler as the experimental prototype and promoting the frequency of compression by improving the device in order to investigate the stress relaxation characteristics of the invariable density region between compression force and density in the compression chamber under the condition of open-compression. Carrying out modeling of hydraulic system by using the ADAMS software to get the simulation curves of compression speed and hydraulic impact of the baler. Then to provide theoretical supports for further design of baler. To get the compression forces and amount through applying pressure transducer and displacement transducer and obtain the changing process of compression force and density by calculating. The main contents of this study as follows:(1)The feeding amount to study factors in the hydraulic pressure, high density on the bundle of feeding amount 4kg for the shattered corn straw are studied, and the compressive strength of compression indoor compressed density of the relationship between the data analysis, the different compression, different density curves and density compressed compressive relation curves.(2) Selecting feeding amount and compression test, the frequency of factors to rub up corn straw in the compression indoor area density stability test, the stress relaxation process of compression stress relaxation phenomenon, to obtain the constitutive equations for the future, the length of the compression chamber machine design provides theory basis.(3) Based on virtual prototype technology, high pressure on the hydraulic test device for hydraulic oil bundles of virtual prototype design simulation, the compression speed and compression piston hydraulic impact curves of three different area of the hydraulic oil cylinder analysis and comparison of the hydraulic system is optimized.
