| This study area is located in Etuoke county,areas is 99199.17 hm2. Selection 1978,1991,1999,2002 and 2007 remote sensing image to interpret and calculated,later, get arable land, shrub, grassland, river floodplain, artificial construction, sand, saline-alkali soil, wetlands and bare land 9 types patches landscape pattern indices to analysis and research,to get the conclusion of main reasons and rules of landscape pattern change of this area to providees a theoretical basis for the ecological protection in the future. the results show that as follow:1.The cultivated landscape is to guide the study area's leading landscape landscape changes, Cultivated landscape, shrub forest landscape, river flood landscape, architecture landscape shows a growing trend and natrual grassland landscape, sandy landscape, saline landscape, marsh landscape and bare landscape is tended to decrease.2.Number of patch in the study area, total perimeter, patch density, fragmentation index, shape index, separation index showed an increasing trend, average patch area is gradually reduce, the segmentation of landscape pattern is increasing. Diversity index and evenness index is upward trend, dominance index decreased, Landscape pattern is develop gradually to the uniform.3.The vegetation of more than 60% coverage is decline, coverage of 30% to 60% is decreased, coverage of 10% to 30% and 10% or less are rise, vegetation was degradation for the study area.4. The highest spatial association of between Irrigated grass and artificial construction, the bare land, And the lowest spatial association of sand.It is suggested that: Future research area irrigated grassland development should control and reduce the existing scale, Optimization of plant structure, irrigation system, Monitoring of landscape ecology landscape structure change.
