| Feeding value of Lathyrus latifolius was high,and preventing soil erosion and keeping fertility was good , which was one kind of very outstanding legume forage species.But its seed yield was low, the sexual reproduction speed was slow. In order to speed up expanding reproduction of Lathyrus latifolius,it needs to seek one method of asexual reproduction . The cuttage is one method of asexual reproduction, Therefore, Influence Factors of the cuttage of Lathyrus latifolius conducted the preliminary study, the result has been as follows:1. On different stem section cuttage effect synthesis, was best by the top parts, middle was next, the bottom was worst. The rooting rate of the top, middle ,bottom parts of stem were 66.67%,43.33% and 28.67%. which was extremely significant differences (P <0.01); The root length, root surface area and root volume of underground root property have extremely significant differences (P <0.01), top parts of stem were 19.319cm,6.0965cm2,0.1678cm3;middle parts are 12.3792cm,3.7406cm2,0.1452cm3;bottom parts are 9.4873cm,3.0706cm2,0.0913cm3. In property of the growth overground part, there was no significant different observed on average new leaves of stem (P>0.05) ,but there was different significant between in the length of new shoot(P<0.05).2. To the different stem section cuttage effect synthesis, oblique incision treatment 61.33% was best, followed by the double faced incision 54.67%, Cleaved incision 30.00%, and the flat incision 24.67%,in which were extremely significant differences (P <0.01); The underground root property have extremely significant differences (P <0.01),and the root length, root volume and dry root weight of oblique incision were 21.7359cm, 0.1251cm3, 0.7703g, in which have extremely significant different (P<0.01) better than other treatments .The Length of shoots and the number of new leaves of overground have significant different (P <0.05).3. Mixed media has the best rooting capacity in the different medium experiment of the cuttage, in which the rooting rate was 65.3%,and the Surface area of root 5.04cm2 and root volume of root 0.16cm3 were extremely significant different from other mediums(P<0.01)in root property of underground part. there was a significant different in new leave(sP<0.05),but no different in new shoot length in the growth status of overground part。4. To the different IAA treatment effect synthesis, The effect of 30minutes immersing in IAA 20ppm was the best , and rooting rate reached 80.53%,it was 28% higher than that of control; quick 10 seconds dipping in IAA 400ppm was 49.54% in rooting rate. However, both treatments of 30 minutes immersing in IAA 100ppm and 20 minutes immersing in IAA 200ppm were 30.00% and 10.00% in rooting rate, in which were lower than that of control(P<0.01)5. To the different IBA treatment effect synthesis, the effect of 30 min immersing in IBA 20ppm was the best , and the rooting rate of it reached 50.28%. Low concentration can improve the rooting rate ,but 30 minutes immersing treatments of in IBA50ppm and 20 minutes immersing in IBA200ppm were 23.05%,3.87% in rooting rate; Especially immersing in 100ppm and 10 seconds dipping in IBA 400ppm did not survival at all.6. To the different NAA treatment effect synthesis, 30 minutes immersing in NAA 20ppm was the best, but the rooting rate only was 47.05%. No matter is the immersion or fast dips, the every effect of cuttage is gradually diminishing with the increase of NAA concentration.7. To the different IAA,IBA and NAA (1:1:1) mixed treatment effect synthesis , The optimal concentration of IAA+IBA+NAA is 100ppm 30 minutes immersing, which the rooting rate, reached 61.8%,the length of new shoot and the number of new leaves on the ground had some sable strengths. The root property of underground except the root diameter, were all better than other IAA+IBA+NAA concentration and control.Therefore, In the fast propagation of Lathyrus latifolius, the top parts stem, and the oblique incision, and the mixed media of three treatment should the first choice in the cottage , through the IAA20ppm 30 minutes immersing , which be possible to obtain the good cottage effect . |
