Tentative Study On The Golf Course Construction Technology And Its Cost Control

The golf rapidly became a new developing social industry, first in developed countries and areas like American, Europe and Japan. In recent thirty years, the golf has undergoing quick development, which reflected the improvement of Chinese culture to western culture, as well as a sign of the China entering international community. The rapid growth of golf also brought the significant development golf course construction, the sale of golf clothing and equipment, tourism, real estate and service industry. However, as a new industry, the time of development for golf has been short, the experience of operation was limited, and the relevant standard is incomplete, which explained the importance of the study to the experience of golf course construction and relevant standard of golf industry.In this paper, with large amount of effort in information collection and collation, and the experience from the work in the construction of several golf courses, taking a golf course located in Hebei province as case of study, analyzed the reason for cost increment with the comparison between the estimated budget and practical cost of the sand used in soil bed, and proposed corresponding measures for construction method and cost control.The results of this paper are:1. According the golf course construction case, the actual cost of five construction processes increased 2,500,000 yuan than the budget, which reached 30 percent.2. The main reason of the increased cost is embodied in two aspects:on one hand there didn't undertake systemic cost control measures, On the other hand there is no complete mastery of the construction technology and technical specification of the golf course construction in semi-arid area.3. The domestic process of golf course construction was introduced by collecting papers, which was partly improved according to adjusting measures to local conditions of Hebei province and the semiarid region.4. The control measures of costs of time limit of a poject, manual labor costs, material costs, the machinery cost, technology costs were summarized according anglicizing data, which can reduce 20% of the cost for the corporate.These result showed that the cost control and construction technology is of great importance in the construction of golf course, with the construction technology to guide the construction, and the cost control is close related to the construction technology.
