| With Muskmelon of Cultivar"Yipintianxia 108"as test material, setting three different temperatures and three different light intensities in order to find out the suitable temperature and light coupling condition for the muskmelon production, yield and quality. The main research results are the following:1. The experiment mainly effects of the different temperature in the three light levels on the growth, yield and quality. The result show that when the temperature is 1025℃, its height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry weight, fresh weight and yields would all reach the maximum. Light 100600μmol·m-2·s-1 and the light 200700μmol·m-2·s-1 conditions, the chlorophyll content increased as the temperature increased, but in light 300700μmol·m-2·s-1 environment, the temperature 1329℃treated with the highest content of chlorophyll in plants. But soluble solid would reach the maximum in high temperature when the light is nature light intensity. Soluble solid would increase with temperature in middle light intensity and high light intensity.2. The experiment mainly effects of the different light intensity in the three temperature levels on the growth, yield and quality. Plant height, leaf area and plant fresh weight were significantly increased stem diameter and dry mass of a certain increase. In the high temperature 1632℃condition, leaf photosynthetic rate increases with light intensity increases. Soluble sugar content increased with light intensity and gradually increase in temperature under the conditions of 1632℃maximum. The temperature 1329℃and the temperature 1632℃environment, with the light intensity increased, the melon fruit of the VC content was significantly increased, while the natural conditions of 1025℃under light 300700μmol·m-2·s-1 reached maximum levels after treatment. Light treatments have different effects on soluble solids. Natural temperature conditions, and as light intensity increased, a certain increase in soluble solids content in the temperature conditions, no significant difference between the three; temperature 1632℃condition, the light 200700μmol·m-2·s-1 treatment for the maximum.3. The research mainly effects of the different temperature and light intensity coupling on the growth, yield and quality of muskmelon. The result show that temperature1632℃and light 300700μmol·m-2·s-1 would be better to increase the height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry weight, fresh weight and yields, improve the photosynthesis, reduce the fertility cycle, and conducive to the accumulation of sugar and VC content. |
