| In the present study ,using cotyledons and leaf of Lagerstroemia indica seedlings as initial explants , Stems with axillaries bud of Robinia. pseudoacacia f. unifolia , Betula holophila , Lonicera tatarica L, Cephalanthus occidentalis L were used as explants ,established a five kinds of plant material in tissue culture, and transformation of Lagerstroemia indica Select one of four kinds of plant material, using the suitable for rooting culture medium of every species,taking diferent concentratins of NaCl in the culture medium,record the changes of growth index,fluorescent indicator,distribution and concentration of Na+,K+ in Different time and different concentrations of NaCl, Main contents and the results are as follows:1. Stems with axillaries bud of Robinia. pseudoacacia f. unifolia were used as explants,this paper probes into the effects of 6-BA, NAA, IBA on proliferation and plantlet regeneration of Robinia. pseudoacacia f. unifolia The results showed that the medium suitable for bud germination is MS+6-BA 1·0 mg/L The optimum multiplication culture medium was MS+BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L The rooting culture medium was that the clones were cultured 7 d in 1/2MS+IBA50mg/L, then were cultured 10 d in 1/2MS0 medium In this system,the rate of induction of 95% the highest propagation coefficient was 5.72 and the rooting rate was 83.3%.and the survived plantlets rate of transplant was 100%,2. Stems with axillaries bud of Cephalanthus occidentalis L were used as explants,this paper probes into the effects of 6-BA, NAA, IBA on proliferation and plantlet regeneration of Cephalanthus occidentalis L. The results showed that the medium suitable for bud germination is MS0 ;The optimum multiplication culture medium was MS+6-BA1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L; The rooting culture medium was 1/4MS0 ,In this system, the rate of induction of 73.3% the highest propagation coefficient was 3.55 and the rooting rate was 89.47%.and the survived plantlets rate of transplant was 100%.3. Betula halophila seeds were used as explants,this paper probes into the effects of GA,6-BA, NAA, IBA on proliferation and plantlet regeneration of Betula halophila. The results showed that the initiation culture was that the seeds were bathed in the GA(2.0mg/L) solution for 12h,then were cultured in MS0.The optimum multiplication culture medium was MS+BA1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L. The rooting culture medium was 1/2MS+IBA0.3mg/L.In this system , the rate of induction was100% the highest propagation coefficient was 5.2 and the rooting rate was 100%.4.Stems with axillaries bud of Lonicera tatarica were used as explants,this paper probes into the effects of 6-BA, NAA, IBA on proliferation and plantlet regeneration of Lonicera tatarica. The results showed that the medium suitable for bud germination is MS0 ;The optimum multiplication culture medium was MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L; The rooting culture medium was MS+IBA0.3 mg/L ,In this system, the rate of induction of 83.3% the highest propagation coefficient was 3.89 and the rooting rate was 90%.and the survived plantlets rate of transplant was 100%.5. Using cotyledons and leaf of seedlings as initial explants, and MS as basal medium, studied the effect of such factors as 6-BA, TDZ, ZT, NAA and IBA on regeneration in vitro of Lagerstroemia indica. The results indicated that 6-BA was considered as the best growth regulator for adventitious bud differentiation within 3 cytokines, the combination of NAA and 6-BA raised the differentiation frequency obviously. The optimum combination medium was on MS medium containing 6-BA 0.5mg/L and NAA0.2mg/L, and adventitious bud inducing rate of the mature cotyledons were 73.3%; The optimum combination medium was on MS medium containing 6-BA 1.0mg/L and NAA0.2mg/L, and adventitious bud inducing rate of the leaf was 53.5%.Adventitious buds can elongate effectively on the MS medium without plant hormone. 1/2MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L was the optimal medium for adventitious buds to root.6.Using Lagerstroemia indica, Betula holophila, Cephalanthus occidentalis L and Cephalanthus occidentalis L,using the suitable for rooting culture medium of every species,taking diferent concentratins of NaCl in the culture medium,record the changes of growth index,fluorescent indicator,distribution and concentration of Na+,K+ in Different time and different concentrations of NaCl, Salt tolerance and salt tolerance mechanism of the four kinds of plant materials was discussed. the results show that the four plants, rooting rate, height growth and biomass were the impact of salt stress,In addition to high growth decreased with increasing concentrations of salt stress,Rooting rate and biomass have shown low salt concentrations (0.1%) to promote growth,When the salt concentration reached 0.6% after a rapid decline showed.
