The hybrid citrus 'Skiranui Tangerine' which can be easily affected by frost is used in this experiment.In order to choose a good method of prevent frost in hybrid citrus 'Skiranui Tangerine',three ways of anti-frost:overlay the canopy and bagging and both of it was established in this experiment.The quality of the citrus harvest at different time and the stored nutrient content of tree was investigated in order to choose a best harvest time.The result showed that:1.It was wise to overlay the canopy of the hybrid citrus 'Skiranui Tangerine' to prevent the fruit falling caused by frost during the fruit was preserved on the tree.The way that overlay the canopy was recommended at the similar niche because it was cheap and easy to do it.2.The harvest time could affect the quality of citrus.The best harvest time of the hybrid citrus 'Skiranui Tangerine' which used to eat freshly in Pujiang area is from the beginning of March to the middle of it.3.The storage ability was affected by the quality of the citrus.It was not helpful to preserve the quality if harvest too early or too late.The best harvest time of hybrid citrus 'Skiranui Tangerine' used preservation in Pujiang area is the end of February to the beginning of March.4.The stored nutrient content of tree was not affected by fruits keeps on it until March. There was also no difference of the stored nutrient content between harvest at March or January.
