| In order to find the difference of Prunnus Linn and Prunus simonii cultivars which were radiated by 60Co-γwith different dose and find the differences of germination ratio among different cultivars, three Prunnus Linn cultivars and two Prunus simonii that'xinshijie','heibaoshi','shiyuanshengzao','weiwang','fengweimeigui'were radiated by 60Co-γ. The radiation dose were set at 20, 50, 150 and 300Gy, respectively, and the different ratio of radiation were 0.6, 1.2, 1.8 Gy/min. The main results were as follows:1 The vigor of plum pollen were low, and the germination ratio of fresh pollen of'xinshijie''heibaoshi'and'shiyuanshengzao'were 27.57%, 17.52% and 14.72%, respecitvely.2 The germination of pollen of'xinshiji'and'heibaoshi'were decreased after the 60Co-γradiation at 20Gy and 0.6Gy/min level. However, the germination of pollen of'shiyuanzao'were increased.The germination of pollen of"weiwang"and"fengweimeigui"were decreased after the 60Co-γradiation at 20Gy and 0.6Gy/min level. Moreover, the germination of pollen of'shiyuanzao'were decreased significantly.3 The effect of different dose and dose ratio on 3 plum cultivars were significant different. The pollen germination ratio of'xinshiji'which were radiated after low dose of 20 Gy with high dose ratio1.8Gy/min and high dose of 300Gy with 0.6 Gy/min were increased. But the radiation dose that higher than 50 Gy with the dose ratio at 1.2 Gy/min made the germination ratio of'xinshiji'decrease, and the differences were significant. The pollen germination of'shiyuanzao'after radiation at different dose of with 1.2 Gy/min dose ratio were significantly increased. However, the pollen ratio of'shiyuanzao'under 0.6 Gy/min were low and no significantly difference. Low dose ratio of 0.6 Gy/min with high dose of 300 Gy made the pollen germination ratio of 'heibaoshi'increase, but the low dose ratio of 0.6 Gy/min with low dose of 20Gy radiation made it decrease.4 The pollen germination ratio of'weiwang'and'fengweimeigui'which were radiated after low dose of 50Gy with low dose ratio0.6Gy/min were increased., however which were radiated after high dose of 300Gy with high dose ratio 1.8Gy/min were decreased.5 The change of pollen germination ratio of different dose and dose ratio of radiation were different. After the radiation at different dose ratio, the pollen germination ratio of'xinshiji'were firstly decreased and then increased, and it reached the lowest level at the second day after raditaion, and it decreased the biggest range after radiation at 1.8 Gy/min ratio. The pollen germination ratio got to the highest level at the first day after 0.6,1.8 Gy/min ratio radiation. But it reached the pick level at the sixth day after 1.2 GY/min ratio radiation.The change model of'shiyuanzao'were increased-deccreased-increased, and the pick level were at the second day afer radiation, and the pick level were got at the first day for 1.2 Gy/min treatment. The change model of'weiwang'was same at the forth day after different dose radiation, andreached the control level at the nighth day after radiation.Differntcultivars of Prunnus Linn and Prunus simonii reached the control level at the tenth day after radiation. |
