Based on the Geography Information system (GIS) and Integrated Orderly Classification System of Grassland (IOCSG), use class as the basic classification units, we finished the grassland classification of Tianzhu and estimated the serving value of the grassland ecosystem in Tianzhu country. The main research results as follows:1 The general series classification of grassland in TianzhuSupported by the GIS software and Integrated Orderly Classification System of Grassland (IOCSG), the Integrated Orderly Classification picture was built through the analysis of the precipitation & temperature data and the spatial interpretation & spatial superposition. Tianzhu grassland was classified. The result shows there are 12 classes.1.1 30 years precipitation and temperature data of 57 weather stations from 1961 to 1990 of Tianzhu and circumjacent area was collected, according to the calculation formula of IOCSG, the classification indexΣθand K were calculated out. To achieve the demand of grassland classification of Tianzhu, The vertical change of the temperature was take into account sufficiently in some rugged areas, theΣθwas corrected according to the DEM, and then recalculated the K data to get a higher precisionΣθand K index.1.2 Four kinds of interpretation methods including Inverse distance weighted (IDW), Spline Methods, Kriging Methods and Natural Neighbor was used in this research, through the contract of the interpretation results and the actualΣθ,K of Tianzhu,we found out that the Natural Neighbor is the most suitable interpretation method forΣθinterpretation and Kriging Methods is most suitable for the K interpretation. The reliability analysis result of the classification picture showed that this kind of interpretation can give out a most actual results compared to the real fact.1.3 The natural grassland was classified into 12 main types according to the first class"class"classification method of IOCSG: Frigid-semiarid dry tundra, alpine steppe, Cold temperate-semiarid montane steppe, Cool temperate-semiarid temperate typical steppe, Frigid-subhumid moist tundra, alpine meadow steppe, Cold temperate-subhumid montane meadow steppe, Cool temperate-subhumid meadow steppe, Frigid-humid tundra, alpine, meadow, Cold temperate-humid montane meadow, Cool temperate-humid forest steppe, Frigid-perhumid rain tundra, alpine meadow, Cold temperate-perhumid taiga forest and Cold temperate-perhumid mixed coniferous-broad leaved forest grassland.2 The service value of grassland ecosystem in TianzhuThe grassland ecosystem plays an important role in the agriculture and stockbreeding production total value, however, restricted by the precipitation and temperature, the output of the grassland in Tianzhu is relatively low and suffering a serious degeneration. considered to the difference of the land-use type and grassland quality, through the emend of the ecosystem service value in unit area, we established the service value evaluation system for different grassland ecosystem, estimated the service value of different land-use type and grassland ecosystem.2.1 In deferent types of land using, grassland ecosystem is most valuable to ecological service every year with 19.28×108 yuan/a. It indicates that grassland ecosystem has an important place in the total value of Tianzhu stockbreeding producing.2.2 We get different ecological service values of Tianzhu grassland by using different evaluating methods. The total ecological service value of Tianzhu grassland remote sensing type is 95.921c×108 yuan/a, however, eliminating non-grassland, the integrated orderly ecological service total value of Tianzhu actual grassland with 80.374×108 yuan/a is lower than that of grassland remote sensing type. By using grassland ecological service value integrated evaluation, the estimated integrated orderly value is only 21.749×108 yuan/a, which is far lower than foregoing two results but close to the evaluating result of deferent land using.2.3 The order of Tianzhu grassland ecological service value: Cold temperate-perhumid taiga forest> Cold temperate-humid montane meadow> Frigid-perhumid rain tundra, alpine meadow> Cool temperate-subhumid meadow steppe> Frigid-humid tundra, alpine, meadow> Cold temperate-subhumid montane meadow steppe> Frigid-subhumid moist tundra, alpine meadow steppe> Cold temperate-perhumid mixed coniferous-broad leaved forest> Cold temperate-semiarid montane steppe> Cool temperate-semiarid temperate typical steppe> Cool temperate-humid forest steppe>Frigid-semiarid dry tundra, alpine steppe.
