'Emperature-sensitive' seedless litchi has the good characteristics that are big fruit,good quality,a high seedless rate and so on,it is the more valuable and potential variety. However,during fruit development,even if the temperature conditions in line with the "theory of 'emperature-sensitive' seedless" requirements,there is still uncertain proportion of aborted-seeded fruits and normal-seeded fruits.Therefore,in order to improve seedless rate,reducing aborted-seeded fruits and normal-seeded fruits is one of the issues to be settled urgently.This test dealed with bearing branches of 'emperature-sensitive' seedless litchi by girdling,making the comparative study in nutrition,endogenous hormones of three types of fruits(seedless,aborted-seed,normal-seed) and their leaves over girdling of bearing branches of 'emperature-sensitive' seedless litchi.The results showed:1.According to the process of fruit development of 'emperamre-sensitive' seedless litchi,0~30d after anthesis,was the development and abortion periods of embryo.From 60d after anthesis to mature,was the rapid growth period of flesh.These two periods,the carbohydrates(starch,reducing sugar,sucrose) contents of seedless bearing branches were higher than aborted-seeded fruits and normal-seeded fruits.During fruit development,especially the mid and late stage,the starch ratio of seedless bearing branches was higher than aborted-seeded fruits and normal-seeded fruits.So the carbohydrate contents in leaves of bearing branches had some influence to seedless fruit formation.2.During fruit development,in the same period,the different types in leaves of bearing branches in chlorophyll contents and carbohydrate contents was not as a rule. During fruit development,the SLW of seedless beating branches were higher than aborted-seeded fruits and normal-seeded fruits.The average of chlorophyll a and the high average of chlorophyll a and b of seedless bearing branches were higher than aborted-seeded fruits and normal-seeded fruits.So the chlorophyll contents in leaves of bearing branches had some influence to seedless fruit formation,but,not in way of affecting the formation of carbohydrate.3.A comparative study on fruit development period in endogenous hormone contents in pericarp between three types fruits(seedless,aborted-seeded, normal-seeded) of 'emperature-sensitive' seedless litchi.It was found that the IAA and GA3 contents,and the ratio of(IAA+GA3+ZRs)/ABA in the pericaip of normal-seeded fruits were higher,the ZRs contents and the ratio of ZRs/ABA was lower than that of seedless and aborted-seeded fruits,14~28d,56d and 70~84d after anthesis,the ABA contents of normal-seeded fruit were higher than that of seedless and aborted-seeded fruit, the others were lower;The IAA and GA3 contents in the pericaip of aborted-seeded fruits were a little higher than that of seedless,the ratio of ZRs was lower than that of seedless, the ratio of(IAA+GA3+ZRs)/ABA in pericaip of aborted-seeded fruit,14~35d after anthesis was higher,42~84d after anthesis was lower,the difference in ABA contents and the ratio of ZRs/ABA were not as a rule.So the endogenous hormone contents and the related ratio in pericaip had some influence to seedless fruit formation.4.In mature fruits,in three types of leaves of bearing branches,the content relationship of main mineral nutrient elements N,P,K was seedless>aborted-seed>normal-seed. in fruits,the content relationship of N,P,K was seedless>aborted-seed>norma -seed.
