The effects of extraneous tetracycline,ampicillin on the three kinds of important hydrolysis enzymes-soil urease,invertase,hydrogen peroxidase and proteolytic activity and the quality of rape was studied by adding tetracycline to soil in greenhouse.The results showed that:the highest inhibition percentage of invertase and urease activities of different treatments of tetracycline concentrations of 0.3,0.6,and 0.9 mg·kg-1 in comparison with of the control were 31.27%,42.33%,56.47%and 61.88%, 78.69%,81.79%,respectively after adding tetracycline to soil.The inhibition of each concentrations of tetracycline on soil urease activity got weaker after the incubation for 18 days,whereas on invertase activity for 26 days.What is more,the inhibition percentage and continuance time were proportional to the concetration of tetracycline applied into soil(r=0.9503),during 15 days,each concentrations of tetracycline stimulate the activity of soil hydrogen peroxidase.And the stimulative effect strengthened at the concentrations of tetracycline rising,compare to CK,The highest stimulative percentage were 32.72%,54.39%,56.91%,Lately,affecting not obvious;after 28 d,proteolytic have a significant activation,The highest activation percentage was 93.39%~286.39%.The inhibition time of soil urease,invertase,hydrogen peroxidase and proteolytic activity were about 7 weeks,6-8 weeks,7 weeks and 6-7 weeks.the highest inhibition percentage of invertase and proteolytic activities of different treatments of ampicillin concentrations of 0.15,0.3,and 0.45mg·kg-1 in comparison with of the control were 45.67%,63.87%,69.43% and 57.96%,63.68%,67.51%,respectively after adding ampicillin to soil.The inhibition of each concentrations of ampicillin on soil invertase activity got weaker after the incubation for 14 days,whereas on proteolytic activity for 16 days.What is more,the inhibition percentage and continuance time were proportional to the concetration of ampicillin applied into soil(r=0.8712). during 5 days,each concentrations of ampicillin stimulate the activity of soil urease.And the stimulative effect strengthened at the concentrations of ampicillin rising,compare to CK,The highest stimulative percentage were 1.03%,18.37%,20.23%,respectively;after 6.7 days,the effect was inhibition.The highest inhibition percentage was 62.84%~77.53%.The inhibition time of soil urease,invertase and proteolytic activity were about 4 weeks,4-7 weeks and 6-8 weeks.The activities of microbial biomas under the treatments of different contents of ampicillin were restrained,It reached the lowest level at the 27th day,and it was the CK 6.08%~10.93%;However,different contents of ampicillin activated the soil metabolic quotient obviously.It reached the highest level at the 7th day and it was the CK 427%~532%.The restain or activation extents and the conserving time of microbial activities had a significant negative correlation with the tetracycline contents,The activities of soil metabolic quotients in soils treated with ampicillin and those of CK tended to be smilar 50 days after treatment,ampicillin at each concentration tested had significant inhibitory effect on soil microbial population.Ampicillin at each concentration tested had significant inhibitory effect on soil microbial biomas,metabolic quotient and microbial population.The activities of microbial biomas under the treatments of different contents of tetracycline were restrained,It reached the lowest level at the 7th day,and it was the CK 6.25%~11.97%;However,different contents of tetracycline activated the soil metabolic quotient obviously.It reached the highest level at the 7th day and it was the CK 550%~622%.The restain or activation extents and the conserving time of microbial activities had a significant negative correlation with the tetracycline contents,The activities of soil metabolic quotients in soils treated with tetracycline and those of CK tended to be smilar 50 days after treatment,tetracycline at each concentration tested had significant inhibitory effect on soil microbial population. Tetracycline at each concentration tested had significant inhibitory effect on soil microbial biomas,metabolic quotient and microbial population.The soluble sugar content of rape leaf decreased by 87.92%~91.99%, but protein content of rape leaf raised by 23.2%~28.1%in comparison with the control at the harvest stage,respectively,which its changed percentages were negatively correlated with the concetration of tetracycline applied into soil(r=0.9477).The soluble sugar and protein content of rape leaf decreased by 78%~86.2%and 5.2%~34.2%in comparison with the control at the harvest stage,respectively,which its reduced percentages were negatively correlated with the concetration of ampicillin applied into soil(r=0.9524).
