Test-optional 12-week-old Kim's health Duck(female)216,a two-factor design of the duplicate tests,respectively,as two temperature levels:low-temperature environment(2±1)℃and the temperature environment(18±1)℃;of diet is divided into three levels of vitamin C to add: 0,200,800 mg/kg.Test a total of six treatment,respectively,treatmentâ… (low temperature,0), treatmentâ…¡(low-temperature,VC200mg/kg),treatmentâ…¢(lowtemperature,VC800mg/kg),treatmentâ…£(temperature,0),treatmentâ…¤(temperature,VC200mg/kg),treatmentâ…¥(temperature,VC800mg/kg), all six are located handle duplicate,each duplicate separately for six duck,duck test temperature and the temperature were randomly assigned to the overlapping cage-type duck,similar to the assigned weight of a cage with all the experimental group after the duck weight analysis of variance no significant difference.The test time for six weeks.Through the analysis of the feeding trial showed that:Under cold stress in the whole period of significant decline in average daily gain(P<0.05), full-date period of feed intake and feed conversion rate of the whole was significantly higher(P<0.05),vitamin C intake on the whole date is not significantly affected(P>0.05),on the average daily gain,feed conversion ratio significantly affected(P<0.05).Low temperature and the interaction of vitamin C throughout the period of daily gain,feed intake date significantly affected (P<0.05),on the whole issue of the impact of feed conversion ratio significantly(P<0.01).Determination of blood biochemical results show that:(1)low temperature on the catalase(CAT),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), malondialdehyde(MDA) significantly affected(P<0.05),of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) did not significantly affect(P>0.05);of vitamin C on the activity of catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),malondialdehyde(MDA) is not significantly affected(P>0.05);the temperature and the interaction of vitamin C on the activity of catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase enzyme (GSH-PX),superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),malondialdehyde (MDA) is not significantly affected(P>0.05).(2) hypothermia on IL-2,IgG,IgA,IgM content significantly(P<0.05).Vitamin C on the IL-2, IgG,IgA,IgM concentration did not significantly affect(P>0.05).Low temperature and vitamin C interaction of IgG,IgA content significantly(P<0.05).(3) hypothermia on three triiodothyronine(T3) is not significantly affected(P>0.05),low temperature significantly affect the growth hormone(GH),insulin(Ins),thyroxine(T4),insulin-like growth factor(IGF-I) and leptin(Leptin)(P<0.05).Vitamin C influence on IGF-I significantly(P<0.05),vitamin C for GH,Ins,T3,T4 and Leptin does not affect significantly(P>0.05).Low temperature and vitamin E on the interaction between GH,Ins,T3,T4 have no significant effect (P>0.05),of IGF-I,Leptin has a significant effect(P<0.05).(4) hypothermia on serum follicle stimulating hormone in various hormone(FSH),serum luteinizing hormone(LH),serum estradiol(E2) and serum progesterone(P4) content significantly (P<0.05).Vitamin C content of P4 significantly(P<0.05),on the other does not significantly affect (P>0.05).Low temperature significantly reduce the content of each sex(P<0.05).Low temperature and vitamin C on the interaction effects of the impact of each target was not significant(P>0.05).(5) low temperature and vitamin C on nitricoxide(NO),vitamin C(VC) is not significantly affected(P>0.05),of cortisol(Cort) significant impact.Low temperature and vitamin C interaction of cortisol(Cort) the impact is very significant(P<0.01).The results of the slaughter:(1) low temperature on the relative length of fallopian tube and ovarian relative weight significantly affected(P<0.05).VC relative length of the fallopian tube,fallopian tube and ovarian relative weight of the relative weight of no significant impact,but with the addition of VC improve so that they have an upward trend.Low temperature and vitamin C did not affect the sexual organs against each other significantly.(2) the impact of hypothermia on the thymus index significantly(P<0.05).VC to the spleen and bursa of Fabricius index index is not significantly affected,but with the addition of VC so that the spleen index and the index has an upward trend in Bursa.Low temperature and vitamin C against thymus index of the impact of each significant(P<0.05). |
