| This research chose 15 kinds of chinese medicine for the material, the use of indoor bioassay impregnated with daejeon and pot planting combination of methods, a more detailed study 15 kinds of chinese medicine extract on the root-knot nematode of Achyranths bidentata activity of the poisoning, as well as in the actual irrigating root cultivation of daejeon and pot of root-knot nematode disease of the control effect, the conclusion is as follows:1. Cynanchum paniculatum Bunge.,Dioscorea aingiberensis C.H.Wrtght.,No.1,Camptotheca acuminata Decne.,this four kinds of chinese medicine extracts to deal with 30d,the eggs hatching inhibition rate was 94.3%,94.13%,91.13%, 90.89% respectively, to deal with 72h,nematodes corrected mortality was 95.46%, 95%, 94.79%, 90.47% respectively, showed strong nematicidal activity;Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.,Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.,Phellodendron amurense Rupr.,Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.,Vitex negundo Linn.,Hedyotis diffusa Willd., in which six kinds of Chinese medicine extracts to deal with 30d, the eggs hatching inhibitory rate was in space 43% ~ 60%, and to deal with 72h,nematodes corrected mortality was in space 50% ~ 70%, and also have strong nematicidal activity;Rheum officinale Baill.,Protulaca deracea Linn.,Gardenia jasm inoides Ellis.,Forsythia suspense (Thunb ) Vahl.,Cassia obtusif olia Linn.,this five kinds of chinese medicine extracts showed weak nematicidal activity, especially Gardenia jasm inoides,Forsythia suspensa,Cassia obtusif olia this three kinds of Chinese medicine extracts, on the line not only non-egg hatching inhibition, but also have stimulus effect , 30d eggs cumulative hatching but more than the control, 30d eggs but less than the control correction mortality.2. Dioscorea aingiberensis C.H.Wrtght.,Cynanchum paniculatum Bunge.,No.1,Camptotheca acuminata Decne.,such as the chinese medicine extracts on the inhibition of root-knot nematode of Achyranthes bidentata has a strong effect, compared to the control can significantly reduce the number of Achyranthes bidentata root-knot , lower disease grade, and significantly improved plants height,plants fresh weight of Achyranthes bidentata and root length,root fresh weight of Achyranthes bidentata and other growth conditions. the extracts of Dioscorea aingiberensis C.H.Wrtght.,Cynanchum paniculatum Bunge.,No.1,Camptotheca acuminata Decne. has Irrigated root, the number of Achyranthes bidentata root-knot are less than 50 mostly, more than half of non root-knot, the average number of root-knot are less than 23, while the control are more than 50, up to 200, with the average number of root-knot are 76 or more, with the Dioscorea aingiberensis C.H.Wrtght.,Cynanchum paniculatum Bunge.,No.1,Camptotheca acuminata Decne.extract to deal with the root of Achyranthes bidentata, potted root-knot to reduce the rates were 88.07%, 86.87 %, 85.78%, 75.94% respectively, daejeon root-knot to reduce the rates were 88.86%, 86.66%, 81.48%, 71.71% respectively; potted Achyranthes bidentata level compared to the control of the disease decreased by 1.42, 1.92, 2.17,2.42 class respectively, daejeon Achyranthes bidentata level compared to the control of the disease decreased by 2.14, 2.68, 3.08, 3.2 class respectively;Potted Achyranthes bidentata length of main root growth rates were 46.19%, 46.2%, 44.25%, 41.08% respectively, daejeon Achyranthes bidentata length of main root growth rates were 66.58%, 62.18%, 52.07%, 44.17% respectively; potted Achyranthes bidentata fresh weight of root growth rates were 71.27%, 68.71%, 61.28%, 61.72% respectively, daejeon Achyranthes bidentata fresh weight of root growth rates were 92.55%,93.23%, 66.44%, 64.02% respectively; potted Achyranthes bidentata plant height growth rates were 72.43%, 72.67%, 62.81%, 65.68% respectively, daejeon Achyranthes bidentata plant height growth rates were 73.01%, 73.64%, 70.27%, 58.54% respectively; potted Achyranthes bidentata fresh weight of plant growth rates 87.29%, respectively, 85.87%, 64.91%, 62.98% respectively, daejeon Achyranthes bidentata fresh weight of plant growth rates were 82.35%, 81.09%, 73.26%, 57.89% respectively.The extract of Dioscorea aingiberensis C.H.Wrtght.,Cynanchum paniculatum Bunge. inhibited the effect of the best control nematode root-knot, which deal with two kinds of no significant difference between; No.1 abated Dioscorea aingiberensis and Cynanchum paniculatum extract; Camptotheca acuminata extract in the four kinds of effects was the worst, but still have noticeable results compared to the control. The overall yield: Cynanchum paniculatum processing>Dioscorea aingiberensis processing> No.1 processing > Camptotheca acuminata processing, are significantly higher than the control.4. Oleanolic acid content: No.1 processing>Dioscorea aingiberensis processing>Camptotheca acuminata processing> Cynanchum paniculatum processing, are significantly higher than the control. |
