This study based on potted plantlets,and measured leaf water potential,leaf water saturated deficit,leaf water holding,photosynthetic rate,rising rate,biomass and chlorophyll and so on, then further analyzed the drought resistance,water deprivation and water usage of the potted plantlets of Picea koraiensis,Fraxinus mandshurica,Pinus sylvesstris,Ultnus japonica,Larix olgesis,Chosenia arbutifolia,Populus alba×Populus berolinensis and Populus×xiaohei under the four moisture grades.The results showed that:(1)The water stress sensitivities of every tree species were different,and kept the internal moisture balances with own ways.With the reduction of soil water content,leaf water potential of all species show a downward trend, Populus alba×Populus berolinensis in which eight species in the middle of the biggest decline in water potential,reached 0.33 Mpa,Chosenia arbutifolia in which eight species in the middle of the smallest decline in water potential,reached 0.06Mpa.This shows that the water stress, Populus alba×Populus berolinensis in the eight species in the water with better potential.In the same drought,through the various species of water saturation deficit,to determine the ability of species to maintain water balance followed sequence:Populus alba×Populus berolinensis>Populus×xiaohei>Ulmus japonica>Chosenia arbutifolia>Picea koraiensis>Larix olgesis>Pinus sylvesstris>Fraxinus mandshurica.Through the leaf water holding to the determination of Pinus sylvesstris that rely mainly on improving organizational capacity to maintain the anti-dehydration to the water balance;(2)The rising rates of tree were affected by soil moisture,Various species of transpiration,the average water consumption,with the reduction of soil moisture and reduce,however,the rate of decline has obvious differences;(3) With the increased water stress,when reached LW conditions,only Populus alba×Populus berolinensis control over water use efficiency increased 12.99%,This shows that under the conditions in LW stomatal opening decreases,the relative decline in transpiration rate faster, increasing water use efficiency.In addition to MW under the conditions of Populus alba×Populus berolinensis,other than LW seven species under the conditions of water use efficiency have improved slightly,stomatal opening of a sustained decline,the impact of the transpiration rate than the rate of net photosynthesis,thereby enhancing the MW under the conditions in the WUE;(4)The physiology,biochemistry and morphology of plantlet were affected under water stressing,and showed a definite tendency.This study can give some scientific Basis and references for building water and soil conservation forest in the black soil area.
