| There paper is based on the materials of two types of Bromus inermis plants Bromus inermis cv. Xilinguole and Bromus stamineus Desv., after correlative indexes about drought stress, salt stress and drought&salt cross strss were resrarched and adaptability of one planting region was observed, the paper make some mainly results as follows:(1)the height of two types of Bromus inermis plants are all restrained.(2)RWC, Chl of 2 Bromus inermis plants decreased and RCM, MDA contents in leaves were all increased under three kinds of stress above, the local Bromus inermis and the introduction of the MDA Bromus inermis maximum occurred in the G4, its values were 13.28μmol/g and11.26μmol/g, which shows two smooth bromegrass cells in vivo by the more serious damage.(3) photosynthetic rate also decreased to varying degrees, the main reason for the role of stomatal closure as a result of the outside was cuted off the supply of CO2 to the chloroplast and mesophyll cells,it showed that the decline in photosynthetic activity of the two Bromus inermis are subject to the adversity of injury.(4) the contents of SS, SP, Pro and the liveness of SOD and POD were all increased in different degree was the results of plants combating the sress. the three kinds of stress in local Bromus inermis and the introduction of Bromus inermis Pro max is 573.98ug/gFW, 483.64ug / gFW.(5) the two Bromus inermis drought, salt, salt and drought stress sort of cross, the result is the same, that is, Bromus inermis> local Bromus inermis. |
