| New telecommunications technologies have been introduced without full provision of industry, agriculture,military affairs,biology,medical science and appearanced in people's daily life.The social problem of electromagnetic field pollution has been focused widespreadly.Many researches in domestic and abroad had testified the genital system was the one of target systems radiosensitive to electromagnetic radiation,however,these investigates and researches focused mainly to azoospermia and rate of vitium conformationis,and less to minority biosystem.The study radiotreatmented using microwave which been divided three radioactivate intensities(0mw/cm~2,1mw/cm~2,2mw/cm~2),The radiotreatmented days were from conceiving to postnatal 30 days,20 per group.The difference of histology of developmented testicle from impuberal male-mouse which been radiotreatmented,the testosterone been determined which reflected function of testicle,the effective regularity been studied genital system of radiotreatmented impuberal male-mouse,using the test facility of patho-staining technique, ultrastructure observation and molecular organism technique.The results showed as followed.(1) The microwave electromagnetic radiation affected the growth and development of mouse significantly,shrinked and lightened testicle,underdeveloped prostate gland and seminal vesicle,moreover,the effective level strengthened following radioactivate intensities,but the influence to the development of parorchis was less obvious.(2)The pathologic histology observation discovered spermiocyte and mesenchymocyte of impuberal male-mouse been injured obviously after electromagnetic radiation,which were sensitive cells to electromagnetic radiation.(3) The microwave electromagnetic radiation caused the testosterone level in serum to descend significantly,the research showed StARmRNA and P450sccmRNA had the down regulation tendency,following the express of StAR protein,using the technic of immunohistochemistry,immunoblotting and RT-PCR,SF-1 was the regulatory factor of StAR and p450scc,the express of SF-1mRNA was downed obviously,the results demonstrated the down regulation of StAR mRNA and P450sccmRNA may caused by the genetic expression of SF-1.Conclusion:Certain dosage microwave radiation can influence growth and development and function of genital system impuberal male-mouse significantly,cause shrinked and lightened testicle,underdeveloped prostate gland and seminal vesicle,injured spermiocyte and mesenchymocyte.This influence likely is by interfered gene expression of SF-1,which caused level decrease of StAR and P450scc transcription,Subsequently,induced significant level decrease of testosterone in blood-serum. |
